SATs & Results

Due to the COVID pandemic and school closures pupils did not sit statutory tests in Summer 2020 or 2021.  Pupils sat these assessments again for the first time in Summer 2022.  The government will not publish KS2 school level data for the 2021 to 2022 academic year. The last available public data is from the 2018 to 2019 academic year.

Please see below for data from statutory assessments from Summer 2019 and the pattern of  improvement from 2016.  Below we also publish our data from the academic year 2022/23, from this you can clearly see the improvement in attainment this year.  From September 2023 the Key Stage One Statutory Assessments (SATs) become optional.

In 2023-2024, pupils will sit statutory assessments in:

  • Year 1 - Phonics Screening Check - 10th -14th June 2024
  • Year 2 - Any pupils who did not achieve 32/40 on the Phonics Screening Check
  • Year 4 - Multiplication Tables Check - 3rd - 14th June 2024
  • Year 6 - End of KS2 Statutory Assessments- 13th - 16th May 2024
