A very warm welcome to Chestnut Class! My name is Miss Mulligan and I am the reception class teacher. I am also joined by our lovely teaching assistant Miss Watson. 

I am an experienced Early Years and Key Stage 1 teacher and am very passionate about providing a curriculum and learning environment that enables the children to flourish and thrive. Chestnut Class is a place where children can learn through a mix of child initiated and adult led approaches.

We aim to ensure that the learning that takes place in Chestnut Class and the atmosphere created provides the children with a positive first experience of school. 

Even from the earliest stages of school, we support our children in becoming resilient, independent lifelong learners.
